Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 12 to 14 business days (after processing). Express Shipping: 7 to 10 business days (after processing). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier conditions, especially during peak seasons.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing or local courier conditions, which are outside our control. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your courier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule your delivery at your convenience.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order before shipping. If your jacket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thejacketcraft.com with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, or South Korea. Customers in these regions cannot place orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
